UK orders will be sent first class via Royal Mail and take about 2-3 days from dispatch.

Overseas items will by default be shipped as International Standard and NOT Tracked in order to keep delivery costs low for you - if you would like a Tracking Number them please upgrade to International Tracked and Signed (Etsy should give you this option on the Shipping page)

If you decide after purchase that you would like a Tracking Number for your parcel then please contact me via Etsy BEFORE I SHIP IT and I will send it to you as Tracked for an extra fee.

Once a parcel has shipped I cannot be held responsible for missing or delayed items, and I will not be able to provide a tracking number or find out any information about your parcel.

Items posted by International Standard shipping rarely get lost, but it does occasionally happen. Tracked shipping is the best way to ensure the safe delivery of your items so please bear this in mind when you order.

Shipping times will vary, please expect between 5-21 days from dispatch for international orders!

HOW TO LOOK AFTER YOUR PIECES

Acrylic jewellery should be treated with care as it can be delicate. It is water-resistant but should not be submerged in water. Clean with a soft dry cloth and store carefully to keep it in perfect condition. Some of our designs incorporate wood, which should be cleaned in a similar way and kept dry, and our pieces are often hand-painted so please keep these dry and clean as much as possible.

As each piece of jewellery is handmade and the acrylic is often hand-mixed or sourced from different stockists there may be small variations in colour from one piece to the next, which means that every piece is unique!
